Will Casey
Director and head of sales, customer relations and quality
With over 10 years experience in the scientific research and development industry, Will is a highly regarded and accomplished engineer, due to an extensive knowledge and experience in many types of machining such as multi axis milling, turning and CAD/CAM. In addition to this, he also has vast experience with assembling, testing and commissioning systems such as ultra-high vacuum, superconducting magnets, particle accelerator and fusion reactor equipment.
These roles have allowed Will to be involved in every aspect of engineering, which is why he is well suited to ensuring customers of all backgrounds receive the best service achievable, whilst keeping the business running at the high standard our customers have come to know and expect.

Ryan King
Director and Mill-turn expert
Ryan is our mill-turn and multi axis machining expert, producing parts of all size, complexity and batch size from all different types of material. Ryan is able to help with cost reductions, design improvements and any advice designers or buyers need, including material changes, efficiency improvements and and performance enhancements.
With a vast knowledge from his experience he is here to give the modern engineering experience to our customers, to make the workshop as efficient as possible, while using the most modern tooling, machining techniques and brand new engineering solutions. This means we can reliably produce the most challenging of parts at a competitive price all with the highest quality.

James Lewington
Director and multi-axis milling expert
​James is a highly experienced and talented senior engineer with over 11 years in the engineering industry. With expertise in 3, 4 and 5 axis milling, working to extremely tight tolerances with a vast array of many different and exotic materials.
As well as hands on machining, he is also an offline programmer and manages many customers currently by dealing with customer relations, delivery scheduling and working on many custom and one off projects.
He is the head of the milling department to make sure everything runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. Quality control and part inspection is also another aspect that he has great knowledge in, ensuring all tolerances and quality standards are met to customer expectations.

We can offer small or large batch work including one off's, assembly work and prototype projects. We have some of the highest quality, brand new CNC machines, paired with experienced and talented machinists ready for production.

We can offer short lead times and competitive prices, along with extremely high quality and accuracy, holding tolerances of only 5 microns or less if required. We can also offer inspection reports, material traceability, part treatment and finishing and more upon request. We have experience working with a vast range of materials including; aluminium, stainless steel, steel, copper, brass, phosphor bronze, all types of plastic including PTFE, mixed materials including glass and carbon fibres, plus exotic metals including Inconel and titanium.
