We can offer mutli-axis milling with our state of the art DMG machines with a working size of 1100mm x 560mm x 500mm. We have 3 axis, 4 axis and have ability for 5 axis too

Mill-Turn

We can achieve almost anything in our multi-axis, driven tool DMG lathe with a working size: ⌀1mm-⌀500mm x 800mm long

Inspection

Full inspections are available on any order. We can also offer reports made by the Renishaw probes in our machines on every part

Finishing

We work closely with reliable companies to ensure we can offer any finish required on components. Including anodising, polishing, hardening, paint and many more

CAD-CAM

We use state of the art CAD-CAM systems to ensure the best run times and accuracy on any parts made

We understand quality is paramount, so we can offer repairs and reworks, even when the parts were not manufactured in house
